Answer to your Letter of the 14th July 1859, respecting the Currency of the Colony of Hong Kong, and stating that the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury propose that the Dollar should for the present be issued to the Troops at the rate established by the Secretary of State for War.
